HEED Award Penn State was selected a recipient of the 2013 Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award announced by INSIGHT into Diversity magazine on October 16. HEED is a national designation recognizing U.S. colleges and universities that have exceptional strategies and programs to achieve diversity and inclusion and are committed to making diversity and inclusion a top priority.
